由啟迪控股旗下啟迪融智基金和啟迪陽明基金領投的蘇州諾存微電子在2019年第九十三屆中國電子（CEF）展上亮相，諾存微電子團隊主導研發(fā)的國內首批Octa-SPI/Quad-SPI含DTR功能的高速NOR閃存芯片新品一經(jīng)發(fā)布，便引起了業(yè)界人士和專業(yè)觀眾的高度關注。

本次諾存發(fā)布的三款產品，采用Octa-/Quad-SPI DTR高速接口技術，引腳少, SOP16、SOP8 或 BGA24封裝，屬國內首創(chuàng);與傳統(tǒng)SPI NOR完全兼容，但速度快16倍，可輕松實現(xiàn)產品升級替換SPI NOR，是汽車、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、工業(yè)、消費電子等應用的最佳選擇。


國家工信部電子司副司長吳勝武蒞臨參觀指導，對公司及產品情況進行深入了解，諾存微電子就高速NOR閃存系列進行產品展示。吳勝武對諾存微電子專注發(fā)展國內自主知識產權的閃存芯片表示支持和鼓勵，未來希望諾存微電子能有所突破，更上一層樓。
